The DOLCE VITA team has confirmed participation in all stages of the TIC 2024-2025 Winter Series. Inna Balashova, the helmsman and team leader, has extensive international experience and prize podiums in regattas in the J/70 class. Racing in marine conditions is Inna's favorite! The crew will perform in the Series consisting of Inna Balashova, Alice Kirilyuk, Andrey Dmitriev and Mikhail Yatsun.
Alisa Kirilyuk (tactician of the DOLCE VITA team): "The first winter season of TIC in Turkey was a success for our team, because we took a place on the podium in overall of the Series and worked together as effectively as possible in the crew, because we began to race in updated crew staff just before the beginning of winter season. The first races were targeted, we probed each other, began to understand a lot and improved interaction from stage to stage. We raced on our own boat, and of course, it's very cool. We have our own settings on mast, sails, and of course it is always nice to see the name of the team on the boat. We are in good sporting spirit for the new season - we will continue to fight for the highest positions, for the podium. I like to compete in this Series because there are more competitors and the J/70 sportboats are unique. The most difficult thing for me, as a team tactician, was to get used to communication at first, understand and work out the interaction, but we quickly divided the duties and everything quickly fell into place. Last TIC season, we raced in different locations – closer to the shore, or outside in area with more stable wind conditions. It's great that there is always wind there. In Turkey, we raced in any conditions, the judges and umpires did a great job in this regard, they gave races in the best possible conditions. The season was held in a very interesting struggle – first of all, of course, among the top-3 with the "Bogatyrs", Tenzor Team and Hubex, and a lot of Turkish teams joined the Series to the final stage and sailed at the high competitive level, so it was very interesting. I am looking forward to a lot of rivals in the upcoming season, so that the fight will be even more acute and vivid."
