Sporty conditions and challenged teams: all is ready for Leg 3 of Tenzor International Cup Winter Series

Following the conclusion of Leg 2 in December, Tenzor International Cup – J/70 Open Winter Series 2025/2026, organized by Tenzor Sailing Club Türkiye, moved on to its next part.

From January 15th to 18th, the third Leg of the regatta will be held in Bodrum on the challenging water area of Aspat Bay, Anthaven Resort. During three days of intense competition, the J/70 fleet with more than 60 sailors will compete for top honors in 9 scheduled races.

«We have already hosted two Legs of the Tenzor International Cup Winter Series, which were combined with major status regattas of the Turkish Championship and the BRICS Championship in the J/70 class. Tenzor Sailing Club in Türkiye is actively developing its international potential, and for Leg 3 we have an excellent and strong teams entered proving the high interest to the Series, - stated Burak Zengin, CEO of TSC Türkiye.

Top teams are definitely presented in the entry list with Tenzor Team skippered by Andrey Pushkin who retained the lead in overall ranking after two stages followed by Elvira Pinchuk's Ptichki Sailing Team and Russian Bogatyrs of Igor Rytov.

Coming closer to the middle of the Series, the 3rd Leg will increase the intrigue. Bars Sailing Team, Dolce Vita and Gaswar teams are keeping their sails on pulse to gain podium and rise in overall.

Turkish teams with Orient Express leading in Corinthian and setting in top-10 overall, Eker Team, Happyhour JR, IVEDI, AYAZ JR, Ada JR and Team ASPAT will do their best to improve their positions.

The newcomer of regatta is TREM Sailing Team skippered by Svetlana Sorokina. Highly experienced and titled sailors in crew staff will do the debut of this team very impressive. It is a really strong rival for the top-5 of overall ranking.

Thursday, 15th of January will be spent with registrations and going on water for practice races. Sailors will check themselves on boats and getting know better with wind and water area conditions while the next three days, from 16th to 18th of January, will be fully in racing mode.
