By signing the team's application, each of the athletes declares that he takes part in the competition at his own risk, has no medical contraindications to participate in the competition, knows how to swim, and also undertakes to strictly comply with all the requirements of the Rules, Regulations, Racing Instructions and oral orders of representatives of the Organizers. By submitting an application for participation in Competitions, you grant to the organizers the rights to produce, use and display videos and photographs taken during the Competition. The captured video and photographic material is the property of the Organizers.
All the data you entrust to us are solely aimed to process your request. We do guarantee you to protect you personal details and keep them strictly confidential. We won’t ever disclose this information to third parties. You have the right of consultation, correction, modification and suppression of the data that you communicated to us.
